Kunshan Zhiyong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010 and is located at No. 1166 Hongyang Road, Yushan Town, Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province. The company specialises in precision parts machining, chieflyautomation parts, aluminium parts, stainless steel parts and custom non-standard parts, serving customers in automation equipment, robotics, semiconductors, new energy, medical devices and test instruments.
We run 148 CNC machines (70+ added Aug–Oct 2026, all FANUC-controlled) across seven mainstay models — T700 drill-tap centres, 855 VMCs, CNC mill-turn machines, large vertical machining centres and 1050 5-axis machines — covering 3-axis and 4-axis (rotary table) work from small precision parts to batch structural components. DFM review, process planning, programming and inspection are all done in-house with no outsourced machining, so lead times and quality stay under our control.
The company is a National High-Tech Enterprise, Jiangsu Private Science and Technology Enterprise, Innovative SME & Technology-based SME, holds 21 patents (including 3 invention patents) and is certified to ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification (renewed December 2025, valid to 2028). Grade A taxpayer for five consecutive years.

Every drawing gets a manufacturability review first: unsuitable geometry, over-tight tolerances and mismatched materials are raised at quotation stage.
Data, not guesswork
Critical dimensions are measured on CMM (3D) with data reports — never "looks about right".

A note on our patents: Our 21 patents concentrate on precision mould bases, workholding and forming processes. The two recently granted inventions are "Thin-wall Stamping Die and Its Working Method" (ZL 2026 1 0528225.7) and "High-Precision Injection Mould with Self-Cleaning Venting Structure and Its Working Method" (ZL 2026 1 0542875.7). This know-how now serves our in-house fixtures and tooling for parts machining — the reason we stay confident on workholding schemes and complex parts.

Machining and inspection equipment
The workshop runs 148 CNC machines (70+ added Aug–Oct 2026) on FANUC controls, fully configured for 3-axis and 4-axis work with rotary tables. Seven mainstay models: T700 drill-tap centres (66), 855 VMCs (42), CNC mill-turn machines (31), large VMCs (6) and 1050 5-axis machines (3). Inspection centres on CMM measurement, with data reports available for critical dimensions.
