Responsibilities: Operate vertical machining centres independently, machine parts to drawing and process requirements, carry out self-inspection and routine machine maintenance.
Requirements: Experienced with vertical machining centres; able to read mechanical drawings and use common gauges; FANUC experience preferred.
Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities: Responsible for process planning, CAM programming, first-article set-up and tooling selection, and for solving technical problems during machining.
Requirements: Familiar with 3- and 4-axis machining centre programming, experienced with complex or batch parts, able to resolve process issues independently.

Responsibilities: Carry out incoming, in-process and pre-shipment inspection using callipers, micrometres and vision measuring machines, recording and reporting quality issues.
Requirements: Experience in machining inspection, familiar with drawings and tolerances, proficient with standard gauges; CMM (3D) experience preferred.
