Aluminium Parts Machining

Aluminium is the most commonly used material for automation equipment and precision structural parts. With 148 CNC machines (all FANUC), we handle aluminium parts from prototype to batch CNC machining, with a standard tolerance of ±0.002mm.

Capabilities

Aluminium parts machining,From material to delivery

A stocked aluminium inventory plus a complete inspection chain — the common risks in aluminium machining (warping, tolerance drift, batch-to-batch surface colour variation) all have corresponding controls.

  • Full range of grades6061 / 7075 / 5052 / 5083 / 6082 / 2024 / 1060 in stock; cast aluminium billet finishing also available
  • Stable toleranceStandard ±0.002mm, with CMM + 2.5D vision double inspection; critical dimensions reported with the shipment
  • Surface finishingAnodising (natural / black / coloured), bead blasting, hard anodising, hairline finish; batch colour variation controlled
  • Batch consistencyProcess and tool paths locked in after first-article sign-off; 70+ machines added Aug–Oct 2026, capacity secured

FAQ

Aluminium Parts MachiningFAQ

Is there a minimum order quantity for aluminium parts?

No. Single-piece prototyping is fine; after prototype sign-off, move to small batch or batch production, with process and tool paths locked in after first-article sign-off.

What standard tolerance can be achieved for aluminium parts?

Standard ±0.002mm is stably achievable; critical dimensions follow drawing tolerances, with CMM + 2.5D vision double inspection.

Which aluminium alloys are supported?

40+ grades in stock including 6061 / 7075 / 5052 / 5083 / 6082 / 2024 / 1060; cast aluminium billet finishing also available. For grades not listed, send drawings to confirm.

How are quotes and lead times calculated?

Send us your drawings for a quote within 24 hours, including process advice; prototyping is typically 3–7 days, batch per production schedule, confirmed lead times are met.

  • Process advice: when material or process is uncertain, our engineers propose the options
  • Manufacturability review: risky features are flagged up front, not after the part is scrapped
  • Lead-time commitment: once confirmed, the lead time is scheduled as agreed
  • Inspection report with goods: inspection reports for critical dimensions travel with the goods
