Capabilities

Automation parts,Assembly dimensions are critical

The common risks in automation parts (hole position drift, batch-to-batch dimension variation, workholding warp) all have corresponding controls.

  • Familiar part typesRail seats, mounting seats, connector blocks, transition plates, housings, brackets — hole positions and geometric tolerances executed per drawing
  • Full material rangeAluminium, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, POM / PEEK and other engineering plastics — selected per operating conditions
  • Stable batchProcess and tool paths locked in after first-article sign-off; critical-dimension inspection reports supplied with the shipment
  • Fast responseQuote within 24 hours of receiving drawings, engineers provide process advice, manufacturability risks flagged in advance

FAQ

Automation partsFAQ

What are common tolerance requirements for automation parts?

Hole positions and geometric tolerances executed per drawing; standard ±0.002mm is stably achievable; assembly-critical dimensions get CMM + 2.5D vision double inspection.

Can engineering plastic parts be made?

Yes. POM, PEEK, PC, PA66, PTFE and other engineering plastics are routine, with low-stress workholding to prevent warp, selected per operating conditions.

How does small batch transition to batch production?

After prototype sign-off, process and tool paths are locked in; batch production reuses the same process parameters, with critical-dimension inspection reports supplied, keeping batch consistency controlled.

Are drawings kept confidential?

NDAs available; drawings never leave us. Prototyping and batch production are executed under the agreement throughout.

  • Process advice: when material or process is uncertain, our engineers propose the options
  • Manufacturability review: risky features are flagged up front, not after the part is scrapped
  • Lead-time commitment: once confirmed, the lead time is scheduled as agreed
  • Inspection report with goods: inspection reports for critical dimensions travel with the goods
